Folding rotary hoe RH1200F

The rotary hoe was primarily developed for cultivating corn crops. Plant damage during operation in corn fields is minimal, averaging around 1%.

The unique design of the rotary hoe’s working elements makes it a highly effective solution for weed control and breaking soil crust, while also promoting nitrogen mineralization during the plant growth phase up to 15 cm in height.

For peas, loose soil structure is one of the most important growth factors, as it enables better colonization by nitrogen-fixing rhizobia. Due to improved air exchange in loose soil, these bacteria can penetrate deeper into the ground. Therefore, waterlogging and the formation of soil crust must be avoided for proper plant development.

Sunflowers have a well-developed root system, both in width and depth, which allows them to efficiently utilize soil moisture. The better precipitation infiltrates the soil, the less moisture is lost through evaporation. Using a rotary hoe helps achieve a loose soil structure, which is economically beneficial, as loose soil absorbs water more effectively and promotes faster development of the plant’s root system.

The аdvantages of DEMUS Rotary Hoes:
  • 1. The frame is made from Swedish SSAB steel, which, combined with paint coating from leading European manufacturers, ensures excellent quality, strength, and durability.

  • 2. Convenient transport width — only 3 meters, allowing the machine to be safely transported on public roads without violating traffic regulations.

  • 3. Each working element is mounted on an individual spring-loaded tine, enabling precise ground contour following and stable operation even on challenging terrain.

When should a rotary harrow be used?
  1. Before and after sowing – for soil preparation and seedling care.

  2. 2. After rainfall – to break soil crust and improve aeration.

  3. At early weed growth stages – for mechanical destruction of weed sprouts.

  4. For moisture retention – after rain or irrigation to reduce evaporation.

  5. When chemicals cannot be used – ideal for organic farming.

Design features

To attach working bodies to the frame, only calibrated shafts made of high quality alloy that minimizes the backlash of the working organs relative to each other.

the frame is made of Swedish steel SSAB, which in combination with paint and varnish from leading European manufacturers of equipment gives excellent quality.

Smooth operation of the hydraulics makes it possible to disassemble the unit without jerks and shocks.

Convenient transport width is only 3 m, which allows you to safely and without breaking the traffic regulation.

Each working body is on a separate sub -circuit rack, which allows for qualitative copying of the field surface.
